Thoughts from the Chick

Darren Evans, Virginia Tech’s leading rusher in 2008, is out for the season with a torn ACL.  He set several school records as a freshman last year with 1,265 yards and 11 touchdowns, and was the MVP of VA Tech’s Orange Bowl win last year over Cincinnati.

Looks like Ryan Williams, David Wilson, and Josh Oglesby (if he can get healthy) will be the likely replacements for Evans this season.
